As part of this collaboration, both companies will jointly work for manufacturing of Cow Dung Based Organic Manure, Granules and Organics Liquid Fertilisers.
Formoura has a strong pan-India network and a growing export presence in cow dung based fertilizers, cakes and spiritual products. To expand its wings for deep market penetration and wide-angle market exploration of cow dung based fertilisers, Formoura has joined hands with Dharani Bio Organics Pvt Ltd as its Manufacturing Partner.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the two organizations:
– Dharani Bio Organics Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for manufacturing of the products.
– Formoura Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for Marketing, Sales and Distribution across India and international markets.
The MOU was formally signed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Das, CEO & Founder of Formoura Pvt. Ltd. and Ms. P B Anjali, HSBO of Formoura, along with Mr.G. Gurunadham Director of Dharani Bio Organics Pvt Ltd,Mr. Raja Reddy, Mr.Sateesh and Mr. Elisha of Dharani Bio Organics Pvt. Ltd.
