Chandigarh (India): At just 28 years old, Sunny Choby, founder of Dexon International, is turning his two years of failures into a practical training model for India.
Coming from a middle-class family where his father worked a Rs. 10,000 job, Sunny Choby knows the pain of wasting money on theory. He started e-commerce in 2018, scaled it, then entered exports in 2024. After buying multiple coaching programs that left him alone, he decided to build what he never got – hand-holding.
“We’re not just teaching theory,” Sunny Choby emphasizes. “We’re sharing real-world strategies that have been tested and proven in the field. Our goal is to see our students succeed, not just complete a course. That’s why my team hand-holds you for 4 months after 2 months of hybrid coaching.”
Dexon International seeks to equip its students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the challenges of international trade, from figuring out cultural differences to comprehending the minute details of international shipping and customs laws. The firm has already mentored 150+ students, housewives, farmers and job seekers who wanted to start their export journey but were scared of losing money to fake gurus.
