Artificial intelligence is changing how digital products are built, but for WOSAG Tech, the technology is not a substitute for product thinking. It is part of a broader workflow designed to help businesses get custom websites, applications and digital platforms delivered more efficiently. The Kozhikode-based agency, founded by Subin K Sunny and Libin Baiju in February 2025, has made an AI-first approach part of its operating model.
WOSAG Tech began with a practical observation: many small and growing businesses were relying on templates, social media DMs or marketplaces to conduct business online. The founders wanted to create an alternative that gave companies greater control. Their model focuses on custom-built platforms where clients own the store, application and data rather than depending on a locked-in system.
The company now has an eight-person team across development, design and sales. Subin oversees the technology side, including architecture and delivery, while Libin manages sales, marketing, finance and client relationships. Together, they have built a service portfolio covering custom websites, headless e-commerce, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, AI integrations, SEO and digital marketing.
AI is used throughout the agency’s internal workflow, including coding, proposals and marketing. The objective is practical: shorten delivery times while maintaining custom development. WOSAG is also building AI automation and WhatsApp automation into the products it delivers, allowing businesses to automate customer responses, lead capture and other routine tasks.
For companies looking for AI integration services for businesses., the distinction is important. WOSAG’s approach connects AI with the underlying digital product rather than treating it as a separate add-on. The same philosophy appears in its work with websites and applications, where technology is built around the business requirement instead of forcing the business into a fixed template.
DNA Learning is one example of the technical depth involved. WOSAG developed the NEET-PG learning platform with a web application, Android app, video streaming pipeline and AI study assistant. During launch, the team faced an extended Google Play review and discovered that a commonly used Vivo phone was not included on Google’s certified device list. Working with Play Console support, the team resolved the launch challenges and opened the app to students worldwide. It now serves about 150 NEET-PG aspirants.
The agency has also delivered more than a dozen live websites and stores across India, including projects for businesses in different sectors. Its client base spans Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat, with international work in Austria. It has also launched SEO, AEO and GEO retainers for clients looking to improve visibility across search and AI-search environments.
As a Next.js development agency in India and a Flutter app development company in Kerala, WOSAG Tech is building a broader product-development capability from Kozhikode. Its long-term goal is to become a recognised product studio from Kerala with a growing international client base and its own SaaS and AI products.
