Her latest release, “Dekhta Raha,” comes from a particularly personal place.

That is particularly evident in “Dekhta Raha.”

It became something a listener could interpret through their own experiences — whether that meant feeling unseen, being hurt by someone they trusted or realizing that people they expected to stand beside them had simply watched.
